Tips for a Quick Hip Stretch

Staying home and having an inactive lifestyle means a lot of sitting, a lot of hip tension, so here is a simple stretch for everyone, which you can do it at home bye yourselves to really open up those hip flexors. You just have to find something to hold on to with your arms, any household item: a chair or a sofa for example, then follow the next steps:

  1. Step one foot forward and make sure it’s a little farther forward than your knee so that when you press forward, your knee is making a 90 degree angle with your ankle;
  2. Then you are going to press your pelvis and your whole spine forward till you feel that your hips are really stretching;
  3. Do the other side and you are done!

Don’t forget to keep breathing in and out, go get a good hip stretch!
