What if I have an existing injury?
Before coming in to one of our Stretch Studios, you should consult a medical professional for their approval to participate in your session.
Does it hurt?
No! Our stretch instructors work with your body to gently release pain and tension. The goal of this session is to be as relaxing and comfortable for you as possible.

What should I wear?
We recommend wearing socks in addition to any type of clothing that you personally feel comfortable enough in to be stretched out by our instructors.
Gym clothes such as shorts, t-shirts, and swears are preferred wear during your Kika Stretch session.
Should I schedule my stretch session before or after my workout?
Whichever works best for you! As a warmup, your stretch session will get the blood flowing and will have your energized to perform to the best of your ability.
A post-workout stretch session will help you recover from your workout faster while also relaxing and lengthening the muscles.
How often should I schedule a stretch session?
As often as you would like! However, most of our success stories see the best long term results with one 60 minute session per week.
Are your stretch instructors certified?
Yes! All of our instructors are certified from a variety of backgrounds such as physical therapy, massage therapy, or yoga instruction. Once hired, they are then trained rigorously in our proprietary Kika Stretch method to ensure that they are able to make your session relaxing while achieving results.
