Kika Stretch Studios has been a wonderful experience for me. I have chronic pain and other health issues impacting my overall ability to move without having pain or tingling. I’ve tried several types of other therapies - acupuncture, cupping, chiropractic, dry needling, sports medicine physical therapy, and the list goes on. I immediately felt relief after my introduction session. In addition, the owner and my trainer Roz (sorry if I am misspelling) are compassionate and kind, professionals who truly want to help you. You won’t regret it - I signed up for a package the day I completed the consult because of how much better I felt! The vibe is relaxing and inviting :)! I felt overwhelmingly comfortable and the studio is so clean!

They take their time and go slow enough to fit your needs! They give helpful hints for the present and future. I have had several sessions and have not had a bad experience even with working with different employees. I also life that they are clean. You wash your hands before your session and then I have seen them clean before the next person has their session. Go give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!!

It was my first time there and the ladies made me feel so comfortable coming in all the way to finish. They are very professionally and detailed oriented. I was able to relax my mind and body, me and the ladies will be back very soon. My body feels amazing thanks ladies.

I highly recommend this business. I went in for a free 30-minute stretch and left with a membership. 🤣 If you want to learn how to properly stretch, relax, and / or give your body the tools to make your workouts better while improving or gaining your flexibility, then you need to be here. I came here to help my muscles find its flexibility again after a horrible accident. After a few short sessions with Cheyenne and Aniyah, I can stand up straighter and can feel my body relaxing and my muscles regaining its flexibility. I tip after each session, and I recommend you do the same because the trainers are amazing!

If you have not tried a 30 Mims stretch session then I highly suggest you do. Not hard to find, park in the deck behind in the bldng. Very polite staff and worth a try. Get an appointment , get a free 30 min session and go for it.
