Reopening Message

Dear Clients,

I hope this finds you and your loved ones safe and in good health.  For the past several weeks or more, we have all faced this unprecedented and very fluid global crisis to the best of our ability. While the COVID-19 pandemic has forever changed innumerable facets of our society – how we work, how we live, how we engage – so many of us have discovered innovative ways to persevere with determination and newfound resolve.  As our nation slowly but surely begins to transitions open, I’d like to share with you how Kika Stretch Studios Inc. is ensuring our reopening is both science and public-health informed, and has a positive impact on our surrounding communities.

Kika Stretch Studios has always taken safety and hygiene very seriously.  While we continue to follow appropriate occupational health and safety regulations every day, we’re also boosting our sanitation procedures, proceeding with extra precaution to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff.  

To maintain sanitary conditions while working with a client, our employees have always adhered to the following steps:

1. Wipe down mats in front of the client upon entering the room; discard wet wipe;

2. Put on a pair of new clear gloves and spray three times with Kika stretch oil; rub hands together;

3. Perform session;

4. Wipe down mat in front of client before exiting the room; discard wet wipe;

5. Manager/sales specialist to handle the rest of the sale while wearing gloves. Wipe down computer at the end of each transaction.

To further protect our guests and staff, we will take the following additional measures:

1. Employees will wear safety face masks at all times.

2. Additional, frequent deep-cleaning of high-frequency touchpoints utilizing CDC recommended products and protocols.

3. Employees will practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from clients and other employees whenever possible.

4. Clients must wear a safety mask upon entering the studio (masks will be available for purchase within the studio if needed). All clients will also be required to wash their hands immediately upon entering the studio and to wear socks during each session. 

We will continue to adjust and improve our practices as we receive updated scientific and medical recommendations from federal agencies like the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and state and local governing bodies.  Again, this crisis and the response to it is fluid and ever-changing, but we will stay informed and proactive to ensure a safe experience for all.
